Cancellation Policy:
To confirm your booking we required a credit card, debit card or Pole Control Studios Gift Card, or coupon numbers to activate your pass, All booking are booked online for your non-refundable reservation. If you need to reschedule your Intro class for any reason we require at least 24 hour cancellation notice. Within 24 hours of your class there are no refunds but can reschedule your class pass which is valid for 90 days. Intro Parties must be cancelled at least 1 week prior to the Party date. Prices for Parties began at $35.00pp up for 9 guests. For all Pole and Expansion classes, if you are a Class Pass or Unlimited Class package holder your cancellation window is at least 6 hours before your scheduled class date. Unlimited class and class passes will result in the full charge of the class to your credit card - $24.99 (depending on class type). If you are a coupon holder Groupon, Living Social, SaveCt Now or any other coupon for classes, your penalizations are more severe. If you do not cancel your class and choose to no show no call you(late cancel will count as no show no call 2 hour window prior to class) will, FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE COUPON AND WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BOOK CLASSES online, AND in order TO REACTIVATE THE COUPON OF ANY KIND, You WILL BE charged THE PRICE OF Pole or Expansion CLASS valued at $24.99 or $29.99 for the Pole Discovery Intro Class. You must cancel on line through your account on the mindbody interface or email to cancellations@polecontrolstudios.com. We allow only Class pass holders and Unlimited class package holders to have, 1 no show no call, or late cancel, 2nd time this occurs you will be charged half the class price and the full price the 3rd time and every time there after if it continues booking your classes will be suspended and may result in your Class Pass/Package being revoked. WE WILL ONLY ALLOW 5 CANCELLATIONS PER MONTH, OR 30 DAY PERIOD BEFORE BOOKING YOUR NEXT CLASS PRIVILEGDES ARE REVOKED AND WILL HAVE TO PAY $50.00 REACTIVATION FEE.YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO CLASS IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES PAST THE HOUR TARDY AND THIS WILL COUNT AS A NO SHOW, NO CALL. *Please note there is a maximum number of 10 guests per Pole class, 15 per Expansion class. All guests attending the class at the studio must pay the fee quoted. Discounts may be arranged in advance for pregnant and injured guests who may not be able to fully participate in the class or party. If you booked a Pole Control Studios Party (Bachelorette Party, Girls Nigh out or In, Or Birthday Party with a paid a $350.00 deposit you may cancel no less that 3 weeks in advance. There are No Refunds we will allow 120 days to reschedule your party date with that deposit held in order not to forfeit your party. All party reschedule date must not interfere with prior parties booked. You may not get the date want, but we will try to accommodate date requests for reschedule parties)
